Sauvignon Kretos is a grape variety resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew, needing 70% less chemical treatments (including sulphur and copper). The grapes, slightly dried, used for this noble sparkling wine, has transferred aromas of tropical fruits, pleasantness and structure, with flavor and freshness. Fine and persistent bubbles, thanks to the long fermentation on the yeasts (more than 4 months).
